Hi guys! I haven't done a lifestyle post in a while so I thought to break my blog up a bit, I would make another lifestyle post for you all to get a break from beauty.
I think one of my main focuses on a day-to-day basis is to be positive, and try not to let the little things get to me. Being positive not only boosts your mood but it also has an effect on the people around you, whether they are strangers or the people who mean the most to you. I'm not saying that you have to completely neglect all negative feelings, however I do think it's important to have a reasonable balance of the positive and negative views on situations.
I know being constantly happy is impossible and there are people out there who aren't happy; it's okay to have 'off days'. It's totally normal to have those days where you are unhappy and you feel like you don't want to even get out of bed in the morning; everyone has those days. I want you to know that in whatever you're going through, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you can push through whatever you are facing and one day you will be happy. There is always someone out there that is there to listen to your problems and that are willing to uplift your mood.
To me, making the other people around me happy is very rewarding and there are a lot of ways you can do this. For example, even simply smiling at a stranger as they walk past you in the street could instantly make their day and could potentially make them happier than they were before. If it's your friends or family, doing small little gestures for them such as making them a cup of tea or telling them that you love them will uplift their mood.
I guess the point of this blog post is to remind you that staying positive can not only help you but it can help others and if you're not in a position where you are currently happy; seek comfort or help in your nearest and dearest and I'm sure they will be willing to help.
I really hope this helped anyone that is having a bad day and I want to remind you that there is ALWAYS a light at the end of every tunnel. :)
